Criteria for Course Completion
If any violations of the requirements below occur, no CEUs will be awarded. Any questions or concerns should be directed to our Executive Director, Director of Training or your instructor.

Training Registration Form:
Students will be required to complete a Continuing Education and Training Registration Form to request CEUs for any eligible courses. Forms will be available upon request during each class. They must be completed, signed, and returned to the instructor before the class completion.
Attendance Policy:
Students attending courses that offer IACET CEUs, will be required to attend 100% of the total time that the class is in session.
Students will not be eligible to receive certificates of completion without making up missed time.
Course Cancellations:
Safe Connect US training facility reserves the right to change or cancel any class, including class cancellations due to insufficient enrollment. In the unfortunate event that a class must be changed or canceled, you will be notified by phone and/or email. In the event that a class for which you have registered is canceled, you may choose one of the following alternatives: The (2) alternative options are:

Transfer registration of the course to a later date, up to six months.

Have the funds held on the participant’s account. These funds would be eligible for use to transfer to another training class, up to six months.
Identification Policy:
Pre-Registration: Prospective students registering via website, phone, fax, or email must provide their first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number. Before class begins, students will be asked to present a form of photo ID for verification purposes.
In-person/Walk-in registration: trainees must register for a course by filling out a registration form on-site (at the office). In the form, they must fill in the fields first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number which will be used to verify their identities. Trainees need to present the front desk a valid ID with information that is identical to their forms in order to be seated for their course.
A valid photo ID must be on file before the course ends. Acceptable forms of identification include: Driver’s License, NYS State ID, Passport or other government-issued ID with photo.
Falsification: a trainee who uses a fake ID or someone else’s ID constitutes identity falsification. Any falsification found in the above verification processes can lead to the trainee being barred from this training program without refund and immediate disqualification of the trainee’s certificate and transcript.
Payment Policy:
Seating will not be reserved without completed a registration form and a form of payment. After registration and your payment, confirmation will be provided by fax, email or print-out depending on the method of registration. For students registered in multi-day classes, a minimum of $50 is required as a deposit. Delays on the payment for the course, such as having an account balance on the day of training, may affect the day you receive your certificate of completion and CEUs.
Participation in Learning Activities:
All in-class assignments/assessments must be completed by each student. Students are expected to be attentive and participate in all learning activities. Respect and professionalism should be shown at all times towards fellow attendees during any interactions.
Class Content and Course Evaluation:
All course evaluations should be completed in their entirety by each attendee and returned to the Director of Training or instructor. Class evaluations are used to improve our curriculum and training design.
Course Examination:
All written course assessments must be completed at the conclusion of the training or for multiple day events on the final day of the training. If the student has not passed the assessment within this time frame, they will not be eligible for CEUs associated with the training. All students must meet or exceed the minimal score of 70%.
Awarding of Certifications, CEUs, or Transcripts:
At the end of each course, assuming all payment requirements are met, certificates of completion will be handed out to all participants. Any missed class time or work must be completed within 6 months of course completion to be considered eligible for CEUs.
Upon successful class completion, students will receive a certificate of class completion from Safe Connect US, Inc. For OSHA courses, students who have successfully fulfilled their class requirements can expect to receive their OSHA card within 60 days of course completion. Cards will be sent via regular mail to the address provided in the registration form or picked up at the office if indicated by the student.
