No, Safe Connect is a cloud-based platform which means there is no software to install. Everything is accessible online from any device directly from our website.
How do employees access their training?
Once a user is enrolled, they receive an automated email with their login details. They can access their profile, course(s) and add-ons from any internet-connected device at any time.
What is a seat manager and what can they do?
A seat manager is the person assigned to manage training enrollments. They can assign seats, track progress, gather data and ensure employees complete their required training.
Can subcontractors use our training platform?
Yes, you can enroll subcontractors just like employees and track their progress on the same platform.
