What is a virtual seat and how does it work?

A virtual seat represents the number of learners who can take a course at the same time For example if you have 5 seats but 100 employees only 5 employees can take the course at one time Once an employee finishes their course the seat becomes available for another user

How long does it take to develop a custom course?

Custom courses typically take 1-3 weeks to develop but this varies depending on complexity. More advanced courses with multimedia content and assessments may take longer. It is important to note that building a course is a collaborative effort.

Can I update my course after it is created?

Yes, course updates are available starting at $89. Pricing varies with complexity of revisions.

Do I need to install any software?

No, Safe Connect is a cloud-based platform which means there is no software to install. Everything is accessible online from any device directly from our website.

How do employees access their training?

Once a user is enrolled, they receive an automated email with their login details. They can access their profile, course(s) and add-ons from any internet-connected device at any time.

What is a seat manager and what can they do?

A seat manager is the person assigned to manage training enrollments. They can assign seats, track progress, gather data and ensure employees complete their required training.

Can subcontractors use our training platform?

Yes, you can enroll subcontractors just like employees and track their progress on the same platform.

What happens if I need more seats?

You can upgrade your seat plan at any time by contacting us
