1. 30-Hour OSHA Training
- Focus: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
- Content: Health and safety hazards, workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.
- Outcome: OSHA 30 certification, widely recognized and essential for workers in the construction industry.

2. 10-Hour SST (Site Safety Training)
- Focus: Local Law 196 compliance for workers in New York City.
- Content: Site safety, worker rights, fall prevention, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures.
- Outcome: SST card, required for workers on most major construction sites in NYC.

3. 4-Hour Scaffold Training
- Focus: Safe use of scaffolds.
- Content: Scaffold safety, hazard recognition, proper scaffold setup and use, and fall protection.
- Outcome: Scaffold training certificate, necessary for workers who use scaffolds.

4. 4-Hour Flagging Training
- Focus: Proper procedures and safety for flaggers.
- Content: Flagging techniques, communication with drivers and workers, emergency flagging situations, and safety equipment.
- Outcome: Flagging certification, essential for traffic control personnel on construction sites.
